I've lived here 2 years and am now fixing to move out thank God! The office staff are less than helpful, the apartment that I lived in was infested with insects (not due to my uncleanliness), and the management is horrible. If you want to live where you throw money down the drain, this is your place, but there are far better places to live than here....The Willows are nothing but an overpriced joke!

I 100% agree!! I did a short erm lease and my apartment was also infested with bugs, not due to my uncleanliness either! The management is awful, the staff not only has a disgusting attitude but are seriously some of the most ignorant useless people I have ever met. I am so glad to be out of there.

As I've posted on here before, I've lived here a long time. I've seen bad management and good. I miss John very much but our new team is awesome. Our new manager, Daisy, is THE sweetest lady! There hasn't been a problem or issue that she hasn't taken care of for me. In fact, all the ladies in the office are great. David and Terry, our mainenance team, are the best we have EVER had. There isn't a problem that the girls in the office can't take care of and there isn't anything I can tear up in my apartment that he guys can't fix. I have to say this because of the above poster saying they have a bad attitude and are "ignorant, useless people". That is simply not true. For the first time in all my years of living here, I can even go to the office and plop down on the couch just to chat if I wanted to. They treat the property like it is their own. For the first time in a long time, if we get a memo saying they are coming in to our apartments for something, they actually come! If something needs attention in your apartment, they guys are there right away, even if it is to say "hey, i cant get to this today but i wanted you to know i will get to it soon". they always check to make sure it isn't a big problem first. When I first moved in 8 years ago, if I had a light bulb that needed changed the guys would change it for me. We haven't had a team that would treat you that well in a very long time. I wouldn't think twice now about asking for something that simple. That's how good they treat the residents. As for bugs....I have NEVER EVER had a bug problem! The only bugs I have ever seen here are the usual ants outside in the summer and the pesky spiders that try to live on my deck. Once I even had a mouse try to move in and they even called a pest control man for me to help me get rid of it. Beat that! I have read many, many posts on here of people angry when they move out. Evidently there really are numerous charges that are tacked on when you move out. But if you notice, that has been a constant over the years. I think it is unfair to blame the management team for Brookside policies. So you can listen to someone that lived here for a short time, or listen to a long term resident like me. There is a reason I have lived here for so long. It is my home. And the new team here now? they treat it like it is THEIR home! If you want a great place to live with the best pool in town...come be my neighbor!
