Walden Legacy

In my time there, I saw a constant overturn of management and personnel. Playground with warped boards, trash, nails sticking out of the ground. I have photos. It was this way for weeks AFTER the playground was opened to the public, while the fence was being built. The main maintenance guy takes bribes from tenants, and then sides with the gift-givers in court. Very unfriendly toward pets and children. Preferential to unmarried couples living together over families with children. Water found inside the walls of several buildings. Poor and shoddy construction. A/C units installed incorrectly-whine outside your bedroom window all night. Management evicts for insignificant reasons, and then holds tenants to financial lease obligations. Gates rarely works. Intercom on gate only works part-time. Lease states that community is not secure, and you waive your rights to expect gated security. Pool bottom poured improperly -- children frequently cut their feet on pool bottom. Cigarette butts and food wrappers litter the parking lot and grounds. In my experience, Walden Legacy was a nightmare. Beware!!!!
