I lived in Walden Legacy for 6 monthes. Several problems with apartment, including air conditioning, mold and bugs. The air filters were never changed and the apartment managers had no desire to contract with an exterminator.

The staff was friendly, but pretty clueless. The leasing agents don't seem to be on the same page. I was told not to bring beer to the pool, but the next day I saw two leasing agents with a big group of friends and several coolers of beer. So much for the "two visitor limit". . .

The "security gate" never works. And if a rod iron security gate that only opens half of the time isn't enough, there is a cheap piece of plastic gutter that serves as a cattle gate. I'm still trying to get the paint off of my car from that. Not a very classy touch to a "Luxury Neighborhood".

If you see the sign out front that says, "We thought of everything!" Don't be fooled. The apartments don't even have microwaves.

The parking lots are not only littered with trash, but filled with noisy unsupervised children.

Most of the residents are rude, but that doesn't surprise me, because they are probably as unhappy to be there as I was.

Really, think twice before you sign a deal with the -----.
