I am the concerned citizen (and former resident of Walden Legacy) who wrote about bugs, mold and other various problems I encountered as a tenant. And, while I find the comments made by a current resident (and most likely an employee) of Walden Legacy to be hysterical and entertaining, it is important that prospective residents be informed. In addition, the "Frat House" comments will give me a chuckle for a long time to come. Thanks for the entertainment!!
