I also live in Walden Legacy and have some of the same problems as the others. My kitchen cabinets are falling apart and are barely attached to the wall. Same with the drawers. . I also don't care for all of the dog pooh in the grass. Sometimes I like to play catch, and have to go elsewhere to play because of all of the cr*p. A friendly notice from the girls in the office wouldn't be a bad idea. Also, some of these dogs are quite large (more than 40-50 lbs), and that is a lot of doo doo. The thin walls are very annoying, I can hear everything my neighbors are doing.

I have discouraged interested friends from leasing at Walden Legacy. Luckily I don't have too much longer on my lease!

I will not recommend Walden Legacy for all of the same reasons.
