The apartments are cheaply made. And not worth the price you pay for them. The leasing staff are unprofessional and unknowledgeable. They are difficult to work with. The built in desk, kitchen cabinets, and bathroom cabinets starting falling apart about a month and a half after living there. I have sewer flies coming out of my kitchen and bathroom sinks on occasions. Which i have found out they are not my fault. It is because of the sewer lines in the apartment.The lovely gates not only keep unwanted guests out but also residents. The gates are always broken and the white and yellow plastic gate is always getting fixed. These gates are more of an inconvience than they are worth. Also, i have an employee living above me. Before i knew this person was an employee there i went and made a noise complaint. I went in and told them the apartment number and when they realized it was the employee that i was complaining about did not even write my complaint down. Things did not change they were loud all hours and so i went and compained again. And again they wrote nothing down just made excuses. Obviously they are not worried about keeping up a good name or they would try harder. Thank goodness my lease is almost up. This is not the first apartment i have lived in but most definately the worst.
