They look beautiful and me and my wife were excitd when we got there, but we have had some problems. A water line burst abovee our apartment and flooded our apartment almost completely the 1st month we were there. They tried to give us back the same apartment without ripping up the old carpet completely and replacing it. They also did not replace the dry wall. We demanded another apartment and were obliged. On a fair note the did give us a free rental apartment while we waited but they did not help us move, gave us a deadline and probably moved some unknowing couple in that same apartment shortly after without making all of those neccessary corections---
MOLD IS Dangerous. Not everyone is sensitive to it, but I wouldn't test those sensitivities unless you want to use a couple of sick days to recover. I think that the kitchen is the draw point for these apartments. Without the nice kitchen these aparttments are no more special than any other apartment 100-150 dollars cheaper. They are new as well, which is great, but you take a chance on faulty-unproven construction. This wasn't the only water line break on the premise. One happened before in another building. Also there was another break in the breezeway next to my old apartment on the bottom floor in one of the 1 bedrooms. I like this place but its noisier than I expected, unless your on the top floor, and they seem to have some sort of plumbing or construction problem. If you really want to live hear go ahead. It's close to my wifes job and it was close to mine before I got a new one. Get the loft. It's probably safer and it's beautiful if u have the duckies to spend, but if you just like the kitchen; get a slightly cheaper place with better construction, thicker flooring and walls and better parking.

I would also like to add that our neighbors are cool and the computer lounge, swiming pool and gym are nice. I would recommend under certain condiions but as for me I dont plan on living their again after my lease is up because I feel like I can get so much more 4 my money-without the problems.
