We moved here at the beginning of December from a sh*thole apartment also on Middlebrook Pike. The staff has been superb! Taryn is so friendly. I've seen her out several times and she greets me by name. The rent here is a bit higher than every other complex out there, but it's totally worth it. We live in a building with 3-bedroom apartments as well. I was terrified about living in this building because 3 rooms means kids. The kids here are respectful and quiet in the foyers. They say hello and are friendly. The parking here isn't really an issue unless you get home super late, but we've not had a problem since we've been here.

The one thing I will complain about is people not picking up after their dogs. I personally have stepped in a pile. I was told they were putting in "pet areas" soon.

We love this place, and I see us here for a very long time. Its friendly, quiet, and all of the neighbors have been great to us. Not to mention, at night this place is so well-light I feel completely safe.

We HIGHLY recommmend this place.
