Walden Legacy

For what I'm paying for this place, its simply not
worth it. It can be hard to find a close park at night.
But the worse problem of all is the poor construction.
I am the first person to live in this apartment.

I had to remove the latch hole cover on the door opening
of the outdoor balcony so that it would close properly.
Otherwise it would swing open wildly during a storm.
The front door has a similar problem with the lock hole
cover. I have to keep adjusting the plumbing underneath
the two sinks in the apartment, some of the pipes are plastic
and vibrate loose. I keep a bucket under each now.

The walls are very thin and when my upstairs neighbors are home
my apartment constantly shakes and vibrates, both the walls and the
floor. I don't know, maybe they are playing safe tossing up there,
but I'm constantly worried the place is going to come down around me.

I've stayed here far too long.
