My husband and I have only lived at Walden Legacy for 8 months since relocating from Texas, and we have been pleasantly surprised. We were very hesitant about living in an apartment since we have owning our home for the past 7 years, but Walden Legacy stood out above all the rest. Our experience so far has been nothing but excellent. The apartments still look brand new, and the entire community (from the staff to fellow residents)have exceeded our expectations. It is enjoyable to come home to gates that work, smiling faces and a community that is well-cared for. I would advise anyone that is looking that is looking for upscale living to check out Walden Legacy. It is the nicest property in Knoxville. The Maintenance Staff: they not only keep the property and pool area beautiful, they also treat the apartments as if they had ownership in them. Who knew that an apartment would replace every lightbulb in your apartment if it went out, and if you had a running toilet they would repair it within a couple of hours. I have had to some documents notarized due to the selling of my house, and didn't even have to leave the property to get it done. The manager doesn't even charge for that service and even called UPS for me so that they would pick up the package that day. The girls in the office are absolute sweethearts and everyone is always professionally dressed and work wonderful together. You can tell that they adore not only each other, but their residents as well. I think that in todays world people are in too much of a hurry to tell others how they feel, but it only takes a minute to make someone's day. Walden Legacy, you are appreciated and I hope that you know what a difference you have made in our lives.
