I looked at Walden Legacy and even handed them a check to hold an apartment - I happened to drive by Emerald Woods Townhomes that same day - thank God I did. I got a larger floorplan / with one car garage townhome entry (nicer and new facility than Walden Legacy) for right at $1,002 (3 bedroom 2.5 baths and one-car garage). I was going to pay almost $1,100 at Walden.

I'm from out of town and was looking for something reasonable that wasn't outrageous. I look at the apartment ratings before I rent - Emerald is at 81%.....don't waste your time on Walden. I've spent 3 weeks looking hard and wish I would have found Emerald first.

Good luck on your apartment hunting..........I'm not staff of Emerald - I moved 1,000 miles to Knoxville for a job and was appalled at the rental prices here (extremely high for what you get!) I think I found the best place - they accept pets, have a pool and hot tub and the property is brand new and immaculate! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

The only downside to those townhomes is they only have 2 and 3 bedroom townhomes and no 1 bedroom townhomes.The 2 bedroom townhomes do not come with an attached garage,only the 3 bedroom ones do.
