You know I just thought that there were too many complaints on this website. So, people do not seem to compliment as much as they complain so I want GREAT credit to go where it is due and that is Walker Springs Apartments.

This place is great. Been in KNoxville for 10 years and have NEVER been so happy. Great staff both office and maintenance. ALL maintenance requests, what few there are, are ALL done in timely manner. I am VERY impressed.

HUGE rooms and apartments. GREAT price. There may not be W/D connections, BUT for the service and value I do not care at all.

If you need a West Knox location that is convienent, great rent, perfect staff, big SF and nice grounds then come here. THe deposit is CHEAP and application fee is too.

Lisa, Mara, Darren, and Wesley are GREAT!!!!!!!! Keep up the good work.

OH and well insulated. REAL good windows. CHEAP electric bills.

One last thing. The managers are sooo awesome , that I needed to do some measuring for new furniture that we bought they let us see it as much as we needed. The new furniture was bought for where we were going to stay, and oh heck , thank god we moved. LOL, but that is another story and review.

One last important thing. When you view the apartment and if you start thinking what a small kitchen. Do NOT be discouraged at all. It has a great pantry for food storage. With that in mind, the cabinets are solely for dishes pots and pans. The kitchen is VERY functional. It is well kept up and cleaned before you move in. So move in and have a LOVELY home.

Also, if you are concerned about being approved. Do NOT worry. Apply anyway. Plus they do background check which makes me feel SO much safer. I promise all who read this, you live here you will NOT be disappointed at all. Only reason you would leave here would be job transfer or if you buy you dream home. Otherwise STAY here!!!!!!
