What attracted me to the property initially were the nice trees, but after living there a while I noticed the following major problems:

Very poor upkeep.
Poor lighting & security.
Bug infestations.
Some very questionalable tenants.
Laundry thieves.
And most disapointing is the quality of management. The manager is rude and will treat you like a child...not to mention try to rip you off if you break their lease!

I completely agree, I'm having a very difficult time breaking my lease at the moment and my lease is outrageously questionable. The "lady at the front" is absolutly unprofessional and friendly isn't in her vocabulary. I've been there many times many days, and no one is there they are just "out." Face to face, she is completely not helpful at all. The rooms are okay, But we were getting complaints for noise alot, in the end it wasn't even us but the apartment across the street. There are other problems also, I've had three apartments, this one is the worse! FLEE!
