I have lived here with my husband for nearly two years. Against my better judgment, I signed the lease for the second year. Boy, was I wrong to sign that lease! First, when we moved in we found that the air vents were filled with about an inch of dust. When we asked the management about it, they said they couldn't clean it! Second, the fan in the hall bathroom didn't work. They said they would fix it. A couple of months later it still wasn't fixed. We asked about that; they said they couldn't get to it for six months! Third, the walls are very thin. We can hear everything that our upstairs neighbor is doing. Apparently he likes to move his furniture around and bowl in his apartment at 2:00 in the morning. Finally, our air conditioner has gone out four times in the nearly two years we've been here. Right now, I'm typing this in 85 degree heat IN the apartment. I called the complex two days ago, and it still hasn't been fixed. A renter could do so much better than this place!
