I moved into Woodgate while in graduate school to live with my boyfriend who already resided in the complex.

I must say their policy on pets sucks. They will allow dogs that go to the bathroom everywhere and are just in general filthy animals but they will not allow cats. Our cat is declawed and the manager still made us get rid of it. The deadline she gave us was absurd...something like a phone call on a friday and a deadline of a monday. We felt like we were being threatened.

My boyfriend is a longtime tenant of the complex but was made to feel unappreciated.

As for the apartment I feel like it is what it is for the time being. I am happy it will only be a college residence for me.
