DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS COMPLEX IF YOU ENJOY QUIET NIGHTS!

My boyfriend and I rent a ground level unit and it seems like the tenants above us are oblivious to the fact people live below them. We hear everything. I've called the office once due to a constant hammering above our bedroom at 11:30 at night. The tenants living above our bedroom do not seem to work during the week because the noise they create at all hours of the night is unfathomable to me. Everytime they open their balcony door, we hear it. Everytime they speak on their balcony, we hear it. Everytime they stomp down their stairs, we hear it. 11:30 p.m., 1:00 a.m., etc...and this is during the week.

As I write this review sitting in my living room the tenants above us in this section of the unit seem to have a problem controlling their noise level. We are not sure what they are doing but it sounds like they are constantly rolling a heavy piece of furniture across the floor. CONSTANTLY! I compare it to a really bad thunderstorm of the man-made variety. We cannot even watch T.V. without being distracted.

I cannot wait until July when our lease is up and I can get some much needed sleep before the alarm wakes me up at 6:00 a.m. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
