I moved into Woodgate because I wanted to be close to UT. And I have fallen in love with my new place. I love the location close to everything, the grounds are well maintained and the people here are great! The girls in the office are so great and the maintenance is always very kind and helpful. I don't know what happened to the girl in the last review but she must have been upset over something''' I'm always treated well here! The buildings are older so not as energy effecient, but I love all the space, they are huge!! I would recommend Woodgate to anyone looking for a large spacious place, great location and great price!
