Woodlands West has virtually NO maintenance whatsoever. From what I've heard, they just raised the price of a 2 bdrm to $575. They justify that by the pretty, new light fixtures in the hallways and better doormats. Great, so they spent fifty bucks at Home Depot. You know that old rug your dog sleeps on' That's about the condition of the carpet. Office staff/management NEVER remeber you, even if you just saw them a few days earlier. ALL of my electrical outlets are worn, so much to the point that plugs just fall out of the wall. I asked several times to have them replaced, and they finally came and replaced only 2. So basically, they don't care about fire hazards either. I can also hear my upstairs neighbor pee. One last thing. Take a look at your thumb. Yeah, that's about the size of the cockroaches here.
