Let me first start off by saying this apartment complex is not worth the hassle.

They changed their satellite rules making myself and many other people take down their satellite dishes, and specifically mine which has been there for 2 years.

They do this just one day after I give then 180.00 to reserve an apartment and then refuse to apply it towards my next months rent. So I flushed 180.00

Their apartments are extremely cheap, the light sockets dont hold plugs, insulation is non-existant, and they only have 1 garbage container which is always overflowing and trash laying everywhere.

They accused me last month of not paying rent when in reality they messed up on the book keeping and I was not told about a monthly pet fee during the signing of the lease.

They are extremely deceptive and imcompetent, much like dealing with used car salesmen.

I would not trust them ever again by signing a lease.
