Hire new manger, layoff new manager, rehire old district manager?

Watch what you say and do. Document your entire maintenance requests. They seem to always have amnesia when a maintenance request is needed. They hired a new manager. She starts to kick some major --- and got things done. They laid her off apparently to rehire the loser district manger as the property manger. She wasnt doing her job so they bring her to the worst property they have. Theses people are worse than the Federal government when it comes to passing the buck. Illegal aliens living ten to fifteen in a two bedroom apartment. They act like slumlords. Dont be fooled by the move in specials.Thats they only way they get tenants.
