i have been living in this complex through a management change. the first managers were alright, but did not really seem to care about what happened to the community. the new management has done alot for the complex in terms of landscaping and making our community safer. well, that was untill summer hit. as soon as summer hit they began to rent out to the entire mexican population. they even had to put up signs around the complex telling the -------- not to "loiter." they also try to change the rates of our leases in the middle of the lease. they charge waaaaaay to much to move out, and they are a pain when dealing with maintence. the maintence will eventually come, but they take their time. i've also had problems with sexual harassment from some of the maintence men. as far as safety, i can leave my (nice) car outside with my windows down and not have anything stolen. i however have had my car "keyed" several times living here. overall, i think the new management is doing a good job, they just don't care about their current residents. they only care about what the new residents can bring them.
