I LIVE HERE AT WOODLANDS WEST. I THINK THAT IT IS A VERY NICE PLACE TO LIVE. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS. THEY DO HAVE A NEW STAFF SINCE I MOVED IN AND THEY ARE REALLY DOING A GOOD JOB GETTING EVERYTHING DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE GROUNDS ARE BEAUTIFUL AND FROM MY UNDERSTANDING THEY WILL LOOK EVEN BETTER ONCE THEY GET A GROUNDS PERSON IN. THE NEW MANAGER IS TRYING VERY HARD TO GET THINGS DONE AND I KNOW WE NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT SOME THINGS JUST TAKE TIME. AS I READ IN ONE OF THE LETTERS ON THIS RATING PAGE. WAS IF YOU OWED RENT THATS WHEN YOU WOULD GET YOUR MAINTENECE WORK DONE. WELL I PAY MY RENT ON TIME AND EVERYTHING THAT I HAVE HAD A PROBLEM WITH IS DONE RIGHT AWAY.I HAVE A PARK OUT MY BACK DOOR WITH A BRIDGE AND A STREAM RUNNING OUT BACK. WELL I DONT WANT TO RAMBLE. BUT I THINK IT IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE. AND I AM ALSO GLAD THAT I MADE THE CHOICE TO MOVE IN HERE.
