Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
I lived at Woodlands West in 2001 and overall it was a bad experience. First the apartments are not very impressive. My electric bill was well over $100 in the winter. I thought the floorplan wasted too much space on the hall. One thing I thought was horrible was the bathroom had carpeting. Another is that the grounds were littered with garbage. On one occasion I saw at least 5 people in a one bedroom apartment. It seems they will rent to anyone!!! My understanding is that they have changed management but I'm still hearing bad things. My advice is spend a little more money. It will be worth it not to live at Woodlands West.
