I relocated from Florida in Jun 05 and spent two full days and nights checking every apartment complex (over 50) in the knoxville area. Only two other complexes were of equal quality at the same price range. The location of the complex is great. I have been in and out constantly while working out of state. I've had nothing but excellent service from the staff on site and they are very personable. They have been more than willing to work with me when I was unable to get back to pay rent and provided a means of sending the rent payment in. I can't speak to the previous mgmt. team but I have been more than impressed with the community. Everyone attempts to work to make this an enjoyable living experience. For those others that have complained about the complex, all I can say is you get what you pay for, and the this is a good value for the money.
