I lived here in 2000-2001. While I didn't have much trouble with maintenance or filth, they put up low rent housing right next door about halfway through my tenure. Shortly after all the poor people moved in, cars started getting broken into. My car was broken into once, a friend of mine got robbed twice, and at least 3 of my neighbors were robbed as well. Take all your ---- out of your car and put it in your apartment.
