I have just moved in and can say with much certainty that my stay here has been wonderful. I was shown the model apartment and offered a package where I could paint and upgrade my apartment. I had new light fixtures and two walls painted red. It looks fabulous. As for the pest problem I have read about, I haven't seen a single pest. Maybe it is because I keep my apartment clean. And I can also say that the office staff has been excellent with helping me get settled here!
