Woodlands West has been a horrible experience for me! I moved there when I moved to Knoxville in August and thought it was a really nice apt. complex. The unit they show you is really nice, and they make it seem like its this great place to live. Its not! My first day there, I had roaches in my apt and I called them to tell them that my AC smelled like it was burning. They did nothing about it and in the middle of my first night, the firemen were there because my entire apt filled up with smoke. Not to mention, I was offered cocaine by my neighbor...
As time went on, I'm still having roach problems - constant roach problems. I spray, they spray, I have roach motels, and nothing... Its truly disgusting!!! I don't even invite people over anymore because roaches usually appear... I'm a clean person, most likely the cleanest person in my building!

Over the summer we had a man arrested for video taping little kids and touching himself at the pool. That was nice. My heater didn't work, my tub is brown, 2 outlets don't work, my screen door and closet doors over the W/D don't work, did I mention the roaches!!

It really is just disgusting and the office staff does not help with anything. One actually lied to me about the immigrants in the complex - sorry to sound racist or anything, but everytime I'm outside a car full of -------- slowly drives by me and stares. Its creepy!

Don't make the same mistake I did!

Live somewhere else!!

hmmmmmm, this sounds fishy ^^^^^^ that sounds like the front office that wrote that. Hey front office, its better to fix the problem, then reply to comments, it is true, because I lived in that god forsaken hell on earth.

I moved out in 2004, and it seems like things are just as awful as they were then.
