I do not like it here. Me my husband and 2 year old daughter just moved into a two bedroom on the bottom floor in april. Here it is May and our neighbor plays his music loud...so loud that with the bass it knocks pictures off the wall. A girl that lives on the top floor stomps all the way down the stairs late at night...if you do move here do not get an apartment A, or C, they have the stairs going against the main bedroom and you hear anyone coming or going. As for bugs we weren't even here a week and saw a cockoroach. As for parking We usually always get a front spot. The dog policy sucks...we have a bullmastif living above us and he is huge...we hear him all the time. Do Not Move Here.....

That is great! We have a person in our building that does the same thing - it is so annoying! It wakes us up every night! But that dog is not in our building.

i understand people work nights its not just that she has a party every Friday and Saturday and to top it off a guy pissed on my window i have talked with the office as well and for the bugs i am the cleanest person ever i am a neat freak so it has nothing to do with me...i had to get the cops involed last night because of the guy pissing on my window at 2:30A.M. when i asked him to get away from my window he told me i was being a ----- and to mind my business well its kind of hard when you have a shadow of someone in your bedroom window at 2:30A.M. when the cops arrived it took her 5 minutes to open her door while in that time 3 people ran out the back stair well. this is not the first time with the cops in this building the guys that lives with her was recently arrested.I try to be courteous to my neighbors the guys next to me works nights so i understand the music but when you have a kid trying to sleep its common curtousy i wouldn't care as much if i didn't have a kid but i do.

I wrote a review on these units awhile back. I moved out in 2004, and it seems like things are just as awful as they were then. I had a guy living above me that must have been a bartender or something. Because he got home at 3:30am every night, went upstairs, and cranked his stereo up so loud that my windows rattled. His stereo was in his bedroom by the way. Made it a lovely experience for me. I'm fairly sure he was a drug dealer, because people were constantly in and out of there. Sorry, but people don't have 20 friends a day stop by and each only stay 10 minutes...unless they're dealing drugs. All in all, Woodlands West was (and apparently still is) an overpriced dump.
