I have been residing here for two years and have been happy here the whole time. I dont get why some people have complaints about this place. I haven't had any problems with bugs or spiders...I mean occasionally you are going to see one or two but what do you expect when you have woods around you! I have had some things go bad in my apartment due to age or just by living here but you are going to get that any where you go but it has always been taking care of when it needed to be. If I do have any problems I just call the office and they get it taken care of. People mind their own business here which I really like and I feel safe living here. I love being close to the mall and Turkey Creek and all my favorite restaurants. My experience here has been good so far....I have no complaints and plan on staying here till my job takes me elsewhere.

yeah that def sounds like an office worker to me too. Esp the part about "I love being so close to the mall and Turkey Creek and all my favorite restaurants" I lived in this dump for 2 years and the celling fell in and there was mold growing in the windows. It got so bad that they finally let us out of our lease. so this review is a CROCK of Bull S.

I agree with the other 2 comments... This review is definitely written by an office worker! I've been living here just a few months, but my apartment wasn't clean when I moved in (don't sign the lease before you see your apt!). I also had several outstanding maintenance issues that took nearly a month to resolve, between speaking with 4 different people (including Kim, the property manager). While it is convenient, I highly suggest living somewhere else of better quality for more money. Oh, and I forgot to mention how everyone that drives through the complex thinks it's the damn Indy 500. I've almost been hit at least twice a month because of some jack@$$ flying down the middle of the streets.
