Grounds Being Improved, not your apartment!

Ive lived here for quite some time and all the management take the stand of making the grounds outside nice to sucker in new people. By the way, this does not apply to some other back areas of the complex where the new unsuspecting people wont see. But meanwhile, your heat/air units are too old to be efficient. Hey, your paying the electric bill, not them! We wont discuss the mold smell coming from them! PeeYou! If you or your child are allergic to mold, stay clear! Carpets are worn out upon your taking your apartment (maybe not if you are lucky). Cabinets even have a stench in some units and inside the buildings you can see the water damage and the parts of the wall just hanging in mid air. I could go on but, lets not. Do not take an apartment that you do not personally inspect. P.S. Bottom floor tenants, pick up the rug in your bathroom, you may find clumps of bright green carpet from a past long ago! Oh yeah, I hope you like numberous centipedes and other never before seen critters that they dont find a need to address. Good Luck

P.S. TWO last important notes: During the winter I experience (on the bottom floor anyway 1/3rd of the bottom of my sliding glass window and bedroom windows will cake with "ICE" from the "INSIDE". Can I safely say, NO INSULATION?

#2 Anonymous 2/13 either lies, is a relative or one of the staff from the office. When I called about a broken window, office staff did not reply, so . . . I called emergency that evening and no one even called me back, and yes, I was home all evening. Second time I called about another problem which was described in their papers to all residents, as an emergency and AGAIN no call.

Give the ladies a break?! What if someone were to have gotten raped because of the windows being broken? Lets put things in perspective here. This comes from someone who pays their rent on time! Dont insult our intelligence . . . please!
