I'm still living there. It's a good place. The maintenance staff is very responsive and knowledgabel-I had to have a water heater replaced and it was done within 2 business days of my notification to them. It would have normally been quicker if not for the weekend, they assure me. There are times when the staff is not available but that's true everywhere, and this place is better than most.
