I lived in the complex for one year and I have never wanted to leave a place so badly in my life. The celing was falling in the bathroom, mold was overwheming in the closets and the hot water never worked in the kitchen.
The also had the lines crossed for the dryers, so everytime my downstairs neighbor did her laudry, her dryer exaust would suffocate me in my apartment.
They filed a detainer warrant against me weeks after I moved out (a detainer is when a complex asked you to leave the property). They claimed I had not paid my last month's rent ? which I did.
This place should be shutdown!
