I lived here several years ago so things may have changed. My apartment was very spacious and had a really good view. It was also good for the price I paid (management was totally willing to negotiate on the rent). My neighbors were really loud at times but it was usually addressed quickly. There was plenty of parking. There were frequently loud cars going by and there were some bug problems in the summer. Overall it was a fairly nice place for being so close to campus but for the same price you could probably find something nicer just a little farther away from campus.
