After living here for a year I've renewed my lease. Compared to other apartments in the area Woodmeade South is the best that I've found for the price. The apts are spacious with lots of storage areas. Very convenient to downtown, UT area, west and east Knoxville (even with current I-40 closures I can be at West Town Mall in 10-15 min). Appliances are dated but still work well. Management is easy to work with and maintenance request are generally addressed within 24 hrs. Noise from neighbors (even those with pets) is minimal.
