I lived here for my first year of graduate school and I loved it. It is within walking distance to downtown (If you're willing to walk along a busy highway with no crosswalks--but still, it only takes about two minutes to drive downtown). The apartments are huge and have very private balconies with trees all around. The staff was friendly and helpful. I never had a problem with loud neighbors, even though a lot of students live here. I felt perfectly safe walking at night here. The only reason I'm moving is that my roommate and I split up, and it is too expensive to live in alone. But if you live with a roommate, it is well worth your money. Just tell them if you have a pet, because they will find out.
