This place sucks The windows have been the same since they opened! The palyground is no longer there...when i moved in it was all tore up and not safe! The management has never been satisfactory! Maintenance...what maintanance?!?!?!

Kingsridge I am sorry that your expierence was not good there and that your mother was mistreated. It is under new management now and we have none of these problems you listed. Our biggest problem is trash being thrown in dumpsters by non tenants. The complex is mostly ederly and single family

Just moved in My husband and I just moved into Summer Creek. So far we love it. The staff has been very nice so far, and it is sooo quiet! It is very peaceful...virtually no noise at all. The apartments are very nice, and when we moved in, it was extremely clean...fridge and everything.
