I agree with the last person that commented in 5/08. It sounds like
the apartments use to be a nice place to live--now there are too many
kids that run wild. I have had a problem with mice--management told me
"that part of living in the country." I moved in July 07 and I will be
moving out July 08. The first few months of living there, I witness a
gang of girls jumping another girl. I had a neighbor that worked the
over night shift---leaving her children and all their cousins home alone.
Teenagers would sit on my truck and talk loud at night. I had to go outside
and remind them several times that "some people to work." If you are thinking
about moving in these apartments; go by after the office closes---then you
will see all the kids outside running around the parking lot. There are
plenty of areas for them to play--however they would prefer to play
with their basketball and ride their bikes in the parking lot (bumping
into vehicles). In the winter time the apartment are pretty quiet; once
summer time comes and school is out---the loudness begins.

Well I moved here about 3 months ago and I love it. I have even recommended Cedar Ridge to several of my friends and co workers. From what I have ecperienced the people that complain are people that aren't going by the policies themselves. I had a few bugs last month but it was because there was obviously someone nasty living in my building. The office had the whole building treated and next thing I knew there was a person moving out from my building. Since then there hasn't been a problem. Mice, I haven't seen any but my neighbor did and in defense of this place I know from my employment background that it's coming from all that construction work they are doing next door. Basically they are clearing the area snd the mice are loosing their homes so they are seeking shelter. This place has move things for the kids to do that any place I have ever lived. There are a few teens that are a little loud but they have parents that don't pay attention to what they are in to. That isn't the managements responsibility, it's the parents. I will say that the police officer is always out and about getting on these kids and so are the staff that live here. I love it here and for the price I would say you can't get anything better.

I had to break my lease and move out of this place. They would come and spray for bugs while I was at work and when I got home there would be even more bugs, it was if they feed the bugs instead of killing them. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. This was by far the worst apartment complex I have ever moved to.
