I have lived in Cedar Ridge for a while now,and to me their getting worse.They say company is suppose to park in visitors over flow and the tenants don't even go by that.When you come home from working hard and all you want to do is get home and lay down,but you can't.You have to find somewhere to park because of your neighbors friends.If they can redo the parking lot then they can get another bug man and hand out parking stickers.The one offcier they have is a sweet heart but he's at work most of the time.The office staff is much better now because at first it was hard as hell to get anything done.Cedar Ridge is going down fast if the problems are not fixed soon.The kids can scratch up your car and all they do is put a letter on your door saying watch your kids,but you know like I do most parents don't even know where there kids are.Right now the only thing Cedar Ridge has going for them is the school.Lavergne has a good school district,but if you can then look around around first before you sign the lease.AND MAKE SURE YOU BOMB THE PLACE BEFORE YOU PUT YOUR THINGS IN IT.

I so agree! The school is the ONLY thing that has kept me here for 3 yrs, but I couldn't take the roaches anymore because they are in EVERY room so I'm outta here in 2 wks thankfully. I also couldn't agree more about "Bug Busters", maybe they should try the Orkin Man instead and they'd be able to keep more tenants.
