Me and my family are trying to get out of here as soon as possible, we are even going to break our lease and pay the fine if we must! Two of the worst things that could ever happen to your child has happened to my son while living in these apartments! He was molested and had a 9 year old boy point a real pistol at him and threatin to shoot him! I'm not one of the parents out here who doesn't watch her kids either! I sent my son out side to get his scooter from the front porch that night(because you can't leave anything outside over there if you ever want to see it again). He came back inside scared to death and told me what had happened, I didn't believe him at first, because the kids where all playing with toy guns just before I made him come inside.So our friend (from the building down) comes in 2mins after my son did and said she had witnessed the whole ordeal! Thats when I freaked out and went outside but the kid and his mom had dipped! So the nexted day cops showed up at my house with a detective wanting to question my son about the gun. I have never in my life seen my son so honest and adamen about what he saw (i was so proud of him, the cops tryed to confuse him but he stood his ground). Well anyway to make a long story short, the boys parents lied about the gun, even tho they saw him with it, the neighbor who was suppose to be my friend lied to the detective about ever seeing the gun even tho she saw the whole thing (basically she did it because she watches the girls kids and the girl pays her with pills so she didn't want to mess up her lil drug contact)so nothing was ever done about the gun and the lil boy, he still lives there and i'm so afraid that he is going to do it again, and next time someone may get seriously hurt! Its sad that, this is the quality that some of the people poses at ceder ridge, they would choose drugs over saving another childs life! And with the molestation case my son still goes to therapy and I also go myself! I'm writting this in hopes that this could save someone's life. These are the underlying situations that do happen here at these apartments, I have hurd so many stories from neighbors after i moved in and seen somethings with my own eyes. We where totally unaware of this when we moved in, they told use that these apartments where kid and family friendly, that a cop was on duty 24hrs none of these things are true! The office people are nice and i'm hoping they will let us out of our lease with no penalties just because of what happened! I'm writting this in hopes that someone with children reads this before they move in, i hope this may save your life or keep your children safe! Thanks god bless

You sound as if you and others like you could be a BIG part of the problem. Must be why you like them sooo much. You get away with too much. And Lynn and Jeremy do absolutly nothing unless you report someone is damaging something they dont want to have to fix.
