kids run around damaging cars.
one dumpster that is always full.
teenagers have foul mouths and it doesnt take much to get cursed out by them.
the office makes the rules but if you break one they do NOTHING.
this is a great place for people who dont like to follow rules because you can pretty much get away with anything here. and you dont need a babysitter because the kids pretty much take care of themselves. The parents dont seem to care as long as they are not bothering them. I have seem 5 and 6 year old left home alone. this place is a joke. And another thing is one irresponsible parent moves in and sees they get away with anything and they call everyone from their cousins,moms,aunts and uncles to move in. then you have 6 or 7 irresponsible people living here.

You are exactly right, can not wait until my lease is up wish I could break it with out losing a fortune.
