Fair price, and a really nice staff.

During my stay at Cole Manor, I had nothing but good things to say.

Everyone from the manager to the maintenance man to the actual people that live there.

The apartments are pretty roomy for an "Apartment".

Just like any house occasionally there was a leak or something, but as soon as I called it in, the maintenance crew seemed to be right at my door.

The manager was really nice, and allowed me to work with her when I was a few days late on rent.

Overall I would 110% recommend these apartments for anyone and everyone.
