This is the only non "Income Based" apt. community in Lebanon, hence it is outrageously expensive, the workmanship inside the apartments is shoddy, trying to get anything redone is like getting an act of congress,(I requested carpet and linoleum repairs three and a half years ago)the pool closes very early in the season, and even when it is open having fun or smiling in the pool area is prohibited. and then.....if you can get past all of this you must deal with the Gestapo apartment managers!! The old management were very good (I have lived here for a long time)"NOLA" the new manager is impossible she can only be described as an imbecile she enters apartment while residents are away, and snoops! Preaches her religious beliefs at every opportunity, .Harasses everyone under 65.Anyway suffice to say I am bitter with the whole situation and "providence" has much nicer apartments and management.
