I walked into the leasing office on the morning of September 21, 2006 around 10:00 am. The young lady who is the leasing consultant/assistant manager was in the front office on an obvious personal phone call. She kept me waiting with no acknowledgement of my presences for close to 30 minutes. The maintenance man tried to cover for her and get her off the phone. Once she came out to talk to me, she handed me a tattered piece of paper with the specials and asked me what I make an hour as she held a calculator. She did not tell me why she needed that information. I asked about the security of the apartments and if there was much crime or the police being called out. She averted the question by stating that they have a courtesy officer that drives around at night to make sure nothing is going on. During the course of the conversation she was interrupted several times by maintenance. She then received a phone call in which she was bad mouthing a vendor by name and going off about them. This vendor happens to be someone I know and love. I asked to see a unit. On the way she told me all about her personal life and broken family in which I had no interest in. Once at the show unit she told me to just look around??there was no tour involved. The unit was dirty and rough looking. There were dead bugs everywhere and cob webs??nothing that they should be proud of. I felt as if there was no interest in having me as a tenant. They are offering 1 year free cable with the signing of a lease. That is a nice incentive that I liked, but that was all I liked.

just so you know the cops are called out about every night there are child molesters that live there and the whole staff are family. they treat everyone like crimanls and there are some that are but not everyone. they are the 3rd management company in a year. this bunch is the rudest. if you want to feel like you live in a prison then this is right for you but if you enjoy you freedom dont move here. they make everyone go inside their apt a 10 every night.not just the kids i mean everyone. they offer nothing for the kids to do its just a sad place to live when my lease is up i'm outa here
