This is the worst management team yet. They are rude and act like we are all poor and worthless. There is a major mold problem, and they dont seem to care.These apts where biuld on a cow pastur, so we live on cow crap. They offer nothing for the residents to do, they have a 10 lock down. Which I think its bull. Its ok for under age kids but if I want to be out after 10 then I will be. I'm 40 years old. Also there are known child molesters and dope dealers living there. The whole staff is family so you cant complain about them because it will do no good. I just cant wait until my lease is up. This has been the worst year of my life. So do your self a favor and dont move here.

I would like to respond to this posting from 10-05-06. The office at Peyton is a well respected company. We do all we can to accomodate our residents. Summer programs were in place, computer lab is available, Newsletters go out to invite residents to participate in various activities. As for the cow pasture, I am unaware of this since we did not build it or management at the time. If this person has some information, were did you get it?.10:00 curfew did not imply that any adult could not go out. If you have read the regulations it was explained that we do not allow hanging out in the parking lot, breezways, drinking and partying by your cars. All aplicants that we have processed have had a complete background check, all previous background from previous management that were not suitable, we did not renew their lease or they have gone. THis should answer that accusation. If we are aware we will take care. As for the staff... We are not family and related in any way. We are a good WORKING family and if anyone has a problem they can bringit to the attention of the manager. Since we have taken over the crime has stopped, the noise has stopped, the police have ceased to be here, the ground are maintained and the office staff very helpful and pleasant. Thank you........

I would like to say that we have only lived here six months. We like it here. It is quiet for the most part. The staff is pretty good about things. The maintenence calls are answered in a timely manner. I never see any signs of drugs or anything going on here. It is pretty peaceful. I have small children and they like to go to the play ground and play. Yes it is near the road but there is a fence up, it does not surround the play area but it is enough that if the children are attended to that this will stop one of getting into the road if they venture that way and are quick about it. I think that the management here do a good job. I would recommend Peyton Park Apartments.

i agree its a horrible place and lynn is a stank fat ----- and her little retarded co-manager barbara is about the dumbest and most rudest just like lynn the apt complex is trasy nasty theres always rocks everywhere and being thrown by kids at cars and buildings theres more traffic coming thru here than a interstate drug deals and gangsters everywhere drug addicts everywhere ------ maintenance jobs its afforadble housing what do u expect theres always fights every night and no security and the lebanon police dont even bother to do anything about any of this out here because im sure thier tired of getting called every night the people are all nosey and 2 faced they all stick together in any situation whether thier backing each other up or talking ---- about a neighbor its the absolute worst and most dirtiest nastiest ghetto ----ed up place ive ever lived and ive lived in some pretty bad neighborhoods and apt complexs i wouldnt reccomend it at all for anybody whos looking for a place to live all the gangsters carry guns and will shoot u u have to wear a bulletproof vest just to walk outside all the reidents are disgusting and theres always unsupurvised kids running around trashing and tearing up the place u cant even get a drink out of the drink machine because theres quarters stuck in it and the so called ''manager'' lynn the whale haha wont do anything about it cause she dont give 2 shits cause she dont live on property so she says she'll do something about it and she'll do this and that but behind the closed dorrs they're all laughing and saying ---- this place who cares about whats going on or who gets shot stabbed or beat up i feel bad for all the good children and old people who have to live out here ---- PEYTON PARK APTS its the WORST PLACE TO LIVE IN TENNESSEE just about. looks like the management is responding to postings and trying to make thierselves look good again haha its all an inside job with them they all post about themselves to make themselves and the management and property look good when we all know thats a bunch of bs cause its the most horrible apt complex in the state of tennessee and they all do thie rown ratings so osha and other investigators wont boot thier sorry asses lmfao shut the ---- up and sit your lazy fat asses at your desks and suck on your ice cream bars and water bottles its called JENNY CRAIG! for those who agree with me we need to report this place its horrible i hate it and will never reccomend to a friend! they need to be shut down and all fired!!!!
