The apartments are ok. But Management and maintainence is awful. Worst I have ever seen. They are scared of the bad ones who want to get drunk, use racial slurrs and cuss at children and they say the ones complaining are liars and will not give the name of the management company, because they are scared they will get into trouble. They know they are not right. They are scared and awful. They don't enforce the animal policy. You will get droppings on your shoes if you are not very careful, even on the sidewalks. They will not keep the playground clean from animal droppings. Children have found used condoms in the grass near parking areas.

I haved lived at Peyton Park for over a year and that is the most ridiculous review I have ever heard! The management and maintenance has always been polite and very helpful to me. I also have a pet and thats funny b/c I have recieved general reminder and enforcement letters about pet problems. It sounds like to me that this reviewer is just a mad resident who thinks slamming the property is going to help whatever situation they might have going on... but from my experience with the property it has been nothing but WONDERFUL!!!!!!

looks like the management is responding to postings and trying to make thierselves look good again haha its all an inside job with them they all post about themselves to make themselves and the management and property look good when we all know thats a bunch of bs cause its the most horrible apt complex in the state of tennessee and they all do thie rown ratings so osha and other investigators wont boot thier sorry asses lmfao shut the ---- up and sit your lazy fat asses at your desks and suck on your ice cream bars and water bottles its called JENNY CRAIG!
