its a horrible place and lynn is a stank fat ----- and her little retarded co-manager barbara is about the dumbest and most rudest just like lynn the apt complex is trasy nasty theres always rocks everywhere and being thrown by kids at cars and buildings theres more traffic coming thru here than a interstate drug deals and gangsters everywhere drug addicts everywhere ------ maintenance jobs its afforadble housing what do u expect theres always fights every night and no security and the lebanon police dont even bother to do anything about any of this out here because im sure thier tired of getting called every night the people are all nosey and 2 faced they all stick together in any situation whether thier backing each other up or talking ---- about a neighbor its the absolute worst and most dirtiest nastiest ghetto ----ed up place ive ever lived and ive lived in some pretty bad neighborhoods and apt complexs i wouldnt reccomend it at all for anybody whos looking for a place to live all the gangsters carry guns and will shoot u u have to wear a bulletproof vest just to walk outside all the reidents are disgusting and theres always unsupurvised kids running around trashing and tearing up the place u cant even get a drink out of the drink machine because theres quarters stuck in it and the so called ''manager'' lynn the whale haha wont do anything about it cause she dont give 2 shits cause she dont live on property so she says she'll do something about it and she'll do this and that but behind the closed dorrs they're all laughing and saying ---- this place who cares about whats going on or who gets shot stabbed or beat up i feel bad for all the good children and old people who have to live out here ---- PEYTON PARK APTS its the WORST PLACE TO LIVE IN TENNESSEE just about. looks like the management is responding to postings and trying to make thierselves look good again haha its all an inside job with them they all post about themselves to make themselves and the management and property look good when we all know thats a bunch of bs cause its the most horrible apt complex in the state of tennessee and they all do thie rown ratings so osha and other investigators wont boot thier sorry asses lmfao shut the ---- up and sit your lazy fat asses at your desks and suck on your ice cream bars and water bottles its called JENNY CRAIG! for those who agree with me we need to report this place its horrible i hate it and will never reccomend to a friend! they need to be shut down and all fired!!!! they dont do background checks or anything they just move anybody and everybody into the complex to keep the apts filled so they can make thier checks at the end of the week thier all a bunch of sorry lousy managers and co managers and they dont deserve the management position in a company and peyton park does not deserve to still be standing it needs to be torn down or someone else in fact another company and management needs to buy them out take over kick all the gangsters child molesters drug addicts and drug sellers out and rebuild the place i would never live there again and i would not recomment moving your family into the apt complex and the management will tell u anything and everything they can to get u moved in there so they can make thier money and sit on thier asses at there luxery homes while everyone out here at peyton park suffers and has to constantly watch out thier window or over thier shoulder for a fight stabbing or shootout the insides of the apts are nasty and dirty and theres flies everywhere and u cant get rid of them and thats including all the other bug problems there are the bug men dont even come but every 6 months it seems like to spray the place because its so bad they hire ------ maintence men who dont do thier jobs and dont do them right they just bs and blow thru it to get back to thier home and i dont blame em i would bust my ass for that ------ ass company either and the manager lynn is a aggravating annoying fat ----- shes rude and dont give a ---- about anybody or anything but herself and she wont solve the problems out on this property there needs to be random investigations done by the police osha ect and catch them off gaurd so they dont have time to prep themselves to look good its low income afforadable housing PROJECTS and i would never in my life even attempt to step back onto that property management=------ company=------ property=------ i'd much rather live at hunters creek thats a beautiful place for residence!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! take my advice and opinion very seriously please and to the management ---- YALL and dont even attempt to resond to my posting and try to say im lying bs'ing or just mad or anything like you've said in other postings by others because u know everything im saying is 100% T.R.U.T.H!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! theres nothing to do its in the middle of no where built on top of a farm or cow pasture thats why theres so many flies so that just goes to show u its ------! haha! theres little grilling areas but i wouldnt cook my food on those nasty things they never get cleaned very non sanitary place to live the parking lot is always filled with trash and people partying loud music gatherings of gangs and drug deals and drug addicts and thier even doing drugs out in the open!!!! and theres kids that live out here people with familes its ridiculous theres no pool no nothing its very small and theres cops called and out here EVERY NIGHT drama drama drama filled to the 3rd degree!!!! the grass dont even grow right out here!!!! lol!!!!! horrible right!' even the landscaping is horrible!!! dont go by what the management and thier website tells you or by the pictures you see just ask people about peyton park apts and they will surely tell u all about it!!!! its a dangerous place to live also so make sure u have a registered gun with a vest to protrect youself and at least a neighborhood of people to back u up cause they al stick together out here and will do something to u! the ------ hate the whites and im pretty sure the whites hate the ------.. havent seen a whole lot of other races living out here but... lol.. its like the most worst hood or ghetto or PROJECTS u could ever go to or live in!!!!
