A lot of folks tend to complain about this property but the folks complaining are usually the ones causing commotion and disruption among the neighbors. Mgmt is very helpful and friendly. Maintenance is quick and efficient. All of my neighbors have turned into great friends. And if you're nosey...don't start none...won't be none! Word to the wise!!! People in general just need to learn to mind their own business.
