This apartment is the coldest I have ever lived in. Ice build up INSIDE all windows, very drafty. Fourteen day heat bill was $75 with temperatures above 25 degrees...not looking forward to this months bill with single digit temps. In between renters I truly think that maintenance needs to take a little more care in painting...paint does not belong 6" out on the carpet. Mold under master bath vanity when I cleaned prior to my move in(any ideas on how to get rid of the smell). Mold will continue to be a problem in these units due to the ice build up in windows and sills and then it melts so water sits on the sill until someone gets home to wipe it up. No insulation between floors so NOISE from up above is a real problem. If the neighbors turn over in bed you know it, and I am NOT kidding. We are thankful that our neighbors are quiet and do not have active children. We are considering looking into warmer place to reside.
