I've been here for almost 5 years. I moved here after my divorce, with my daughter. As I moved in one night when I didn't stay in the apartment someone came into my place and robbed me. I had already signed my lease and all they told me to do was file a police report. I agree about the windows freezing up, water sitting on the window sills, and outrageous heating and cooling bills. The noise level if you have inconsiderate neighbors is unreal. You can even hear people talking if your tv is off, so mine stays on all the time. The office staff are helpful as much as they can be, and maintenance tries very hard to keep up. I enjoy talking to my neighbors but I don't like a gang of thugs hanging outside my front door and window, which is the case in the summer. I'm hoping to leave soon and experience something better!
