I hate living here. There are known drug dealers in the complex and the management acts as if their hands are tied when it comes to dealing with ANYTHING.
The actual manager is hardly ever actually here, leaving everything up to the assistant manager, who then relays every problem to the manager who is never here to deal with anything-get the idea'

As long as everything is going well, it is not a bad place to live, but the minute you have a problem with barking dogs, thieving/damaging unsupervised children, having to listen to radios at 2 a.m. or neighbors stading in front of your door to scream at friends 10 units away, bikes being stolen, plants being smashed or someone else's kid stealing your child's toy and running away-forget about anything being done.

The apartments are located just over the line in the county, so there is no noise ordinace-meaning the explicit lyrics blaring out of the car parked in front of your apartment or the dog barking all night are perfectly legal.

Dogs roaming freely-even dogs known to bite and who have attacked in the past are ignored because there is no county animal control and surprisingly the management can not do anything about it.

Expect to have to keep your children indoors to avoid bullies, large piles of dog poop, biting dogs and wasps-as none of these things will be addressed or attended to by the mangement. The play equipment is in poor repair and one of the slides has been broken since we moved here 2 years ago.

My lease is up soon and we will be moving, the only reason we stayed this long was because we were waiting for our house to be finished. Plus they spank you hard for breaking a lease.

If you do move in, just ignore that list of 'rules' they make you agree to abide by-everyone else does. I do suggest getting an end unit if possible because living between 2 other families is the pits.
